Introducing the art of Freediving as a therapeutic active meditation. Combing breath hold, mindfullness and body control. Exploring awareness and stillpoint as an introspective meditation, submerged in water. Diving deeper into the spiritual journey of being one with the sea, in bliss with nature. Drifting weightless in mother ocean without stress or drama. Released of fear, claustrophobia and paranoia. The body is aquatic, our instincts and diving responses are like of the mammals. Those instincts can be activated and enhanced. Learn the techniques to understand and control your mental and physical reactions. The point of observation. Get in touch with your inner ocean, so the heart and the soul can enjoy the ride, as a delighted tourist. The mind can take a break..just be. It's also a great physical activity that strengthens your body in all ways and makes it more resistant and balanced.
